Refund Policy (Money-Back Guarantee)
At Best Paralegal Services, we are committed to providing high-quality legal document preparation and administrative assistance. We stand behind our services and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy to set clear expectations.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
– If the requested service was not completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, provided that the delay was due to our fault and not due to missing information from the client.
– If we fail to deliver the exact service specified in the agreement due to an internal issue on our end.
– If the client cancels the service before work has begun.
Non-Refundable Situations:
– If the service has been delivered as described and the documents have been prepared, no refunds will be issued.
– If the client provides incorrect or incomplete information, leading to errors in the final document.
– If the delay or issue arises due to lack of response, failure to provide necessary documents, or failure to review drafts in a timely manner.
– If the refund request is made after 7 days from the completion of the service.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, clients must:
1. Submit a written request via email to [Info@bestparalegalservices.com] with the subject line ‘Refund Request.’
2. Clearly explain the reason for the refund request and provide supporting evidence, if applicable.
3. Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review the request and respond with a resolution.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:
– Work has already begun, but only part of the service has been completed.
– The client chooses to discontinue the service before its full completion.
Partial refunds are issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work already performed.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
– If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
– Refunds will be processed in USD or the original currency of payment.
5. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
We take chargebacks and payment disputes very seriously.
– If a client files a chargeback without first requesting a refund, they forfeit their right to any refund under this policy.
– We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent chargeback claims with banks and payment processors.
6. Service Modifications Instead of Refunds
If a client is dissatisfied with the service received, we may offer modifications or corrections at no additional cost instead of a refund. Clients must notify us within 3 days of receiving the final document if any revisions are needed.
